tastings
Wine has aromas, flavours and tastes that only get better as you learn to analyze them and pair them with specific foods. We all taste slightly differently and, according to Wine Folly authors, Madeline Puckette and Justin Hammack, taste preferences are genetic. When you decide to have a wine tasting with a group of your friends, we will design the tasting to your preferences.
The following are suggestions.
We work with you to create a combination of wines and cheeses tailored to your preferred tastes.
